Returns & Exchanges Policy
Made-to-Order Items
Because Friday Apparel products are made to order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before purchasing.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@fridayapparel.com as soon as possible after delivery so we can help make it right.

Photos of the item and packaging, if applicable
If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
If an order was purchased using a discount or coupon code, any refund will reflect the amount actually paid after the discount was applied.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Promotions and Coupon Codes

Expired coupon codes cannot be applied after purchase.

Discount codes may not be applied retroactively.

Orders placed with promotional discounts are refunded at the discounted purchase price.
