Fulfillment is the time it takes our manufacturer to make, package & ship an order. Shipping times after that depend on local carriers.

All orders are fulfilled in 2-5 business days

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, you must contact us ASAP. If our manufacturer has started fulfilling your order, we are unable to cancel or make changes, because each product is Made To Order custom. Often, order fulfillment begins the same day you order. We can update the shipping address up until the order has been packaged for shipment. Once our manufacturer has started fulfilling your order, the sale is final. Again, if you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please contact us ASAP.

USPS announced price hikes and longer shipping times as of October 2021. Orders will take 5 days instead of 3 to be delivered. Expect delays in tracking and shipping.

We are always happy to provide you with a shipping update on your order, but can only see the same tracking information you can. For updates on your order once it's started tracking, contact your local carrier. Missing or lost orders require confirmation from the carrier it is lost-in-transit, before we can send a replacement. Contact them and file a claim, then Contact Us.


At this time, we are unable to offer Returns or Exchanges. Double check your size with size charts provided on all listings. Make sure your mailing address & any customizations are all correct on your order before you place it. Please ensure your email address is correct on your order, should we have any questions and need to contact you. ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.

If you receive a product that is damaged or wrong, please email us as soon as you receive it. Send a photo of the whole garment, laying flat, along with close ups of the issues. We will send a replacement product.
