Due to Covid-19, some order shipments are delayed. Our fulfillment centers around the world are working the best they can to make & ship orders as quickly & safely as possible. We are seeing production speeds in the USA increasing by 60% and Europe is back to normal speeds! We are hoping the slowest days are behind us, as we continue to increase production times. Current estimated fulfillment times (how long it takes to make & ship your products) are:
Shirts & Sweatshirts : 8-15 business days (USA & Canada), 2-7 business days (Everywhere Else)
Hats : 5-11 business days (USA & Canada), 2-7 business days (Everywhere Else)
Jewelry : 2-5 business days Worldwide
Face Masks : 2-5 business days Worldwide
Mugs : 2-5 business days Worldwide
Local carriers are affected worldwide, but our manufacturer has opened new faculties in Spain and Australia, which have drastically increased production times to Europe and Australia! While we are still unable to offer expedited shipping to the USA, some expedited shipping options are now available in Canada and Europe, and will be shown at checkout.
We are always happy to provide you with a shipping update on your order, but can only see the same tracking information you can. We recommend contacting your local carrier with your tracking number for an exact package location.
As we try to help stop the spread, and for health & hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer Returns. Double check all mailing & customization information before ordering. Please ensure your email address is correct on your order, should we have any questions and need to contact you. AT THIS TIME, ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.
On the rare occasion you receive a product that is damaged or wrong, please email us as soon as you receive it, so we can correct the problem and reship the item.

You know when you get your products, they've been made in a safe & healthy environment. We feel fortunate we can keep up production during these crazy times, and provide work for those making our products.
We are updating this shipping/return policy page weekly, especially as we see changes in ship times. We are also always happy to answer any questions before you order, and give you shipping updates after you've ordered.

Original Shipping Policy
Our products are made to order. Order fulfillment takes 3-5 business days, then an additional 3-5 business days for USPS First Class Shipping. Choose Priority Shipping to decrease shipping time to 1-3 business days.
International orders ship via USPS First Class International. We are not responsible for any additional shipping charges required by your country. International orders that get returned to us will be refunded. Please note: shipping costs are non refundable.
Once orders leave our shipment center and begin tracking, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please use this tracking number and contact your local post office with any inquiries regarding where your package is. We are not responsible for tracking orders after they are shipped.
If you have a deadline for receiving an order, please contact us. We will do our best to help!
Original Return Policy
We do not do exchanges. If you want to return an item and get a different size, place a new order with the new size you need. Then, contact us to get instructions for returning your original purchase (receipts must be included with returns). Once we receive your item, we will inspect it for NEW condition, then issue you a refund. Please note: shipping costs are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for returning items to us.
On the rare occasion you receive a product that is damaged or wrong, please email us as soon as you receive it, so we can correct the problem and get your right order to you.

Items purchased with a Coupon Code will be refunded at the discounted price.
Expired Coupon Codes will not be accepted.
Returns will be refunded to original form of payment (minus shipping costs).
