Returns & Shipping Policy Updates Due to Global Pandemic

Thank you for supporting our small business during this difficult time worldwide. Your orders mean everything to us. Please review these updated policies for Covid-19 effects on our shipments. FULFILLMENT

Due to Covid-19, most order shipments are delayed. Our fulfillment centers in the USA, Europe and Mexico are working the best they can to make & ship orders as quickly & safely as possible. We are seeing an increase in order production by about 20%! We are hoping the slowest days are behind us, as we continue to increase production times. Current estimated fulfillment times (how long it takes to make & ship your products) are:

Shirts & Sweatshirts : 3-4 weeks (USA & Canada), 6-9 days (Everywhere Else)

Hats : 2-3 weeks (USA & Canada), 9-12 days (Everywhere Else)

Jewelry : 1-2 days Worldwide

Face Masks : 1-4 days Worldwide

Mugs : 1-2 weeks (USA & Canada), 1-3 days (Everywhere Else)

Local carriers are also affected worldwide. We are seeing the largest delays on orders shipping from Europe to Canada & Australia, due to the backup at the international shipping hub in Frankfurt. We are now shipping orders to Canada from the USA, to help avoid further delays. Some expedited shipping options are now available in Canada and Europe, and will be shown at checkout. 

We are always happy to provide you with a shipping update on your order, but can only see the same tracking information you can. We recommend contacting your local carrier with your tracking number for an exact package location.

RETURN POLICY

As we try to help stop the spread, and for health & hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer Returns. Double check all mailing & customization information before ordering. Please ensure your email address is correct on your order, should we have any questions and need to contact you. AT THIS TIME, ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.
